McCLARIN Composites has a comprehensive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process that is utilized for all new product development and process or product changes. McCLARIN focuses on up-front quality planning to meet and exceed customer requirements.
We invest in training personnel in all three of our locations using the industry leading ACMA Certified Composite Technician (CCT) program. We currently focus on three processes: LRTM, Infusion and Open Mold. The CCT modules for the closed molding processes of LRTM and Infusion align very well with our strategic transition to cleaner and more sustainable composites, and accordingly, our compensation incentives are greater.
McCLARIN engaged a leading global sustainability rating firm, Eco Vadis, to validate and assess our performance relative to Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) standards.
